Minnesota Blizzard Baseball

This registration will allow you to provide team information, contact information, upload team insurance and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge from MN Blizzard Baseball will appear on your account.

Age Cut-Off Note: Please note that we will continue to use May 1st as the cut-off date for age level.  The age of the oldest player on April 30th, 2025 is the age level that should be used when registering your teams.

12 year old player turns 13 BEFORE 5/1/25 - age level is 13u
12 year old player turns 13 ON or AFTER 5/1/25 - age level is 12u
